About BRCCCBelt and Road Capacity Cooperation Center

A cross-industry alliance platform for global cooperation, jointly initiated by Zhongguancun Haixing Strategic Emerging Industry Promotion Association and multiple central state-owned enterprises and national industry organizations. Operating through four core platforms – Intelligence, Investment, Research and Service (I-R-S-I) – and a structured membership system serving both Chinese outbound and international inbound partners.

Our Foundation

Aligning with China’s Fifteenth Five-Year Plan and the agenda of higher-standard opening-up, BRCCC positions itself as a hub platform serving the new development paradigm and the building of a modern industrial system.

Strategic Alignment

Rooted in the Belt and Road Initiative and guided by the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan, BRCCC responds to the call for a new development paradigm by creating an open platform that connects global resources and key industries.

Vertical Coordination

Strengthening coordination across central and local levels, sectors and industries, to enhance policy transmission and institutional synergy in support of key industrial and opening-up agendas.

Horizontal Synergy

Focusing on the development of a modern industrial system, fostering deep integration between upgraded traditional industries and strategic emerging sectors, and optimizing industrial, supply and innovation chains on a global scale.

Model Innovation

In line with Digital China and the Digital Silk Road, BRCCC advances the deep integration of producer services and the real economy, exploring forward-looking cross-border service models with institutional opening-up features.
